About this directory
QLUB Health Hub lists LGBTQ+-affirming health providers so people can find care they can trust. It is part of QLUB, a free community app. There is no charge to be listed and no charge to search.
Where the listings come from
Two sources, and they carry different weight. Clinics, health centres and organisations are researched by QLUB against the provider’s own published website — we only record a fact we read on an authoritative page. Individual clinicians come from public LGBTQ+ healthcare directories that practitioners submit themselves, chiefly the LGBTQ+ Healthcare Directory run by the Tegan and Sara Foundation with GLMA.
What the affirming badge means
Affirming-verified means either QLUB read the claim on the provider’s own published page, or the provider confirmed their listing with us directly. It is a statement about who checked, not a rating.
Not yet confirmed means we found the provider in a public directory and have not heard back from them. Those listings stay visible — removing them would hide real providers from people who need them — but they say so plainly and carry no badge. They may be out of date.
Neither badge is a recommendation, and inclusion here is not medical advice.
If you are a provider
You do not need an account and you will never be asked to make a password. Enter the email address on your listing and we send a one-time link that opens it. From there you can correct anything, publish it, or remove yourself entirely.
If something is wrong
Anyone can suggest a correction from a provider’s page — no account needed. We send the suggestion to the provider, and nothing changes on the site unless they confirm it. If we cannot reach them, a QLUB reviewer looks at it instead.
Removal
Any provider can have their listing removed, for any reason, with no explanation required. Use the link above, or write to health@qlubapp.com. Removal is permanent: we keep a record that you asked, purely so a later import cannot put you back.
