This is a directory, not medical advice

The QLUB Health Hub is a directory, not a medical service. Nothing here is medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and a listing is not a referral, an endorsement or a recommendation. Always speak to a qualified professional about your own care. If this is an emergency, call your local emergency number.

We help you find providers who describe themselves as LGBTQ+-affirming, or whom we have found described that way on their own published materials. Deciding whether any of them is right for you — clinically, financially or otherwise — is yours to make, ideally with a professional who knows your situation.

We do not warrant the information

We do not guarantee that anything in this directory is accurate, complete or current. Most listings are built from public sources or submitted by providers themselves, and details change — a practice moves, a clinician retires, a service stops being offered. Verify anything that matters directly with the provider before you rely on it.

The directory shows you where each listing came from. A green “Affirming-verified” badge means either that we read the claim on the provider’s own published page, or that the provider confirmed their listing with us. “Not yet confirmed” means we found them in a public healthcare directory and have not heard back. Neither badge is a judgement about the quality of anyone’s care.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular provider will be listed.

Third-party links and services

Listings link to websites, phone numbers and services we do not run and cannot control. We take no responsibility for third-party sites, their content, their accuracy, their privacy practices, or anything that happens between you and a provider you find here.

A link is not an endorsement. When you leave this site, the other site’s terms and privacy policy apply, not ours.

If you are a provider listed here

You can view, correct or remove your listing at any time from the email address on it — no account required. Removal is permanent and needs no explanation.

If you add or confirm a listing, you confirm that you are authorised to do so and that the details are accurate to the best of your knowledge. Listings are shown publicly, including in the QLUB mobile app.

We may edit, decline, unpublish or remove any listing — including for inaccuracy, for a claim we cannot support, or at the request of the person it describes.

Corrections from the public

Anyone can suggest a correction to a listing. A suggestion changes nothing on its own: it is sent to the provider, who confirms or declines it. Where a provider cannot be reached, a QLUB reviewer may decide instead.

Do not submit anything you know to be false, or anything about a person you are trying to harass, expose or endanger. We will remove such submissions and may block the source.

Acceptable use

Do not scrape, bulk-download or republish the directory; do not use it to build a mailing list; do not use it to target, out or harm anyone. Do not attempt to interfere with the service or to access data you were not given.

The directory exists so LGBTQ+ people can find care. Uses that put the people in it at risk are not permitted, whatever their technical means.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, QLUB is not liable for any loss or harm arising from your use of this directory, from information in it being wrong or out of date, from a third-party site or service, or from your dealings with any provider you find here.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes

We may update these terms. The effective date at the top shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the directory means the current version applies.
