Most cookie notices describe things this site does not do. Here is the accurate version: health.qlubapp.com sets no cookies whatsoever, and stores two small values in your browser.
We set no cookies
Not for analytics, not for advertising, not for sessions. There is no tracking pixel, no tag manager, and no third-party script of any kind — the site is not permitted to load one. Fonts are served from our own domain, so not even a font provider sees your visit.
You will not be followed around the internet because you looked for a therapist here.
What we do store, and why
qlub.health.location — the place you chose to search, your radius, and whether to include online-only providers. Written only if you accept, so the site does not ask you where you are every time. Stays on your device.
qlub.health.consent — whether you accepted or declined. Stored either way, so we can stop asking you. This one is necessary for the choice to mean anything.
If you decline
Nothing breaks. You can still search, filter, and use every part of the directory. The site simply will not remember your location between visits, and will ask each time.
If you accepted before and change your mind, declining clears what was stored.
Changing your mind
Clearing site data in your browser removes everything above. You can also write to contentmanager@qlubapp.com with any question about what is stored.
