My name is Charlie (she/they). I'm a non-binary femme primary care nurse practitioner and HIV specialist. I came to nursing from a background in community health, providing STI testing at a collectively run community clinic. I also worked as a gynecological teaching associate for many years, training providers in performing patient centered, trauma informed pelvic and chest exams. I'm passionate about HIV care and HIV prevention, sexual health, gender affirming care, reproductive & gynecologic health, abortion access, and medication assisted treatment (MAT) for substance use.
